This Holiday Coffee blend is here to challenge old traditions. While holiday coffees of the past were either burnt and stale or had notes of fruitcake (who actually likes fruitcake?), this coffee is here to take a stand! The 2026 Holiday blend is bursting with dark chocolates and baking spice, with a warm brown sugar and rum-like aroma, perfect for the season and for sharing with family.
The freshly ground fragrance is cozy and festive, with hints of fresh fudge, spiced rum and brown sugar. In the cup we taste deep, dark chocolates with a light sweetness, finishing with baking spices and even more chocolate. Buttery and moderately full-bodied, our Holiday blend is sure to please a crowd and inspire second and third cups. A new tradition of coffee awaits!

Roast Level: Medium - Dark
Our seasonal Holiday Blend brings together two exceptional, washed specialty coffees for a cup full of warmth and holiday spirit. We paired a clean, well-structured El Salvador Red Bourbon from the Santa Ana region with a Guatemala community lot from the Ella program in San Marcos, Nuevo Oriente, and Fraijanes.
But this blend is about more than what’s in the cup. The Guatemalan coffee comes from women-owned farms participating in Ella, a program dedicated to expanding market access for women coffee producers while providing education and support to improve their farms. By helping these women build stronger, more sustainable businesses, Ella celebrates the people behind exceptional coffee and invests in the future of their communities.
Together, these coffees make a holiday blend worth sharing around the table. From our Pinup family to yours, we’re proud to make this season a little more special, one cup at a time.
