Brazil Vila Boa
There’s nothing we love more than bringing you incredible coffee from around the world, especially when it supports small farms and women producers! We are astounded by the smooth, fruity and delicious flavor of this coffee and how delightful it is down to the very last cooled sip.
Monica Borges de Sousa is a coffee farmer at Fazenda Vila Boa in Brazil and we have her to thank for this anaerobic natural yellow bourbon. The single varietal coffee is placed in barrels for 24 hours where the coffee cherry will ferment, and then sun-dried with the fruit intact. Delivering an exotic fruit-punch flavor that we are proud to showcase!
We taste notes of berries, peach, sugar, and roasted almonds. Velvety smooth and low acidity, this coffee is not one you want to miss!
