Comfort in a cup: This naturally processed coffee from Brazil is warm and clean with notes of cookie butter, milk chocolate, almond and red fruits. A mild citrus fruit acidity gives this coffee a hint of sweetness and balances nicely at a classic medium roast.
This coffee is produced by Norival Mundim and his family in Minas Gerais, where their focus is tightly set on producing specialty coffees with sustainability and respecting the environment as much as possible. Natural processed coffee uses the age-old method of utilizing the sun's rays to dry the cherry, which can impart unique qualities to the coffee. We roast each batch with the utmost care to allow the flavor of each coffee and the work of farmers to be enjoyed sip after sip.
