We've combined a stunning washed Burundi with a smooth and fruity Colombia, both roasted on the lighter end. With each sip, you’ll discover how light roast blends can showcase their fruity and sweet characteristics while complimenting the flavor within each special coffee. Belle Ringer is brilliantly balanced with aromas of baked peaches and dried cherry, notes of white grape, raw honey, and citrus fruits.
This seasonal coffee is inspired by our first light roast blend ever created, and has been a favorite ever since. Belle Ringer is well-traveled and has done everything from espresso at cafes to even being a part of local beer recipes. This coffee won’t be around long, so grab a bag or two before she’s gone!
Belle Ringer is named after pin-up art on a B-26 aircraft used in WWII.

Brewing Tips: Our favorite brew this year was using immersion methods such as Aeropress, Hario Switch and French press with a 1:16-1:17 ratio. This is a great coffee for experimenting with brew recipes, try slightly hotter water and a longer steep time.
